Virtual HR Assistant – Remote Permanent Role

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Virtual HR Assistant to join its remote recruiting team. You will work from home on a permanent basis, connecting qualified healthcare professionals with U.S.-based clients and ensuring each placement supports quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for healthcare positions such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage the recruitment workflow using HelloHire or similar tools.
• Utilise platforms like CareerPlug, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and job boards for outreach.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment metrics (application rates, time‑to‑hire) and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong interest in healthcare recruiting and remote work.
• Ability to work quickly and adapt to shifting hiring priorities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
