About the role

EY is looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to provide remote support to senior executives across Canada. You will work within a dynamic virtual and local assistant team, delivering high‑quality administrative services in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Screen, respond to, and act on email correspondence as needed.
  • Arrange travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and transfers.
  • Track and submit expense reports, ensuring timely reimbursement.
  • Organise event logistics such as venues, catering, and equipment, and monitor RSVPs.
  • Maintain timesheets and ensure weekly submission deadlines are met.
  • Handle telephone messages, routing calls and delivering accurate information.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, updating EY’s client database.
  • Prepare simple communications and documents using EY templates and branding.
  • Support service‑line objectives, client deliverables, and IT tool setup.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s or college degree (any field) or equivalent vocational qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in executive assistance, secretarial, or administrative support.
  • Above‑average written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
