Virtual Assistant - Guest Relations & Bookings

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned hospitality professional to act as the central hub for a portfolio of boutique hotels, bed‑and‑breakfasts and premium short‑term rentals. This fully remote, full‑time position combines traditional guest‑service expertise with modern short‑term‑rental logistics to deliver a seamless five‑star experience from booking to checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, handling special requests, check‑in logistics and real‑time troubleshooting.
• Manage calendar availability, rate synchronization and reservation modifications across Guesty and Uplisting for a mixed property portfolio.
• Maintain and update listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Google, responding to guest reviews to protect brand integrity.
• Coordinate daily with on‑site hotel staff and remote maintenance/housekeeping teams to ensure smooth turnovers and property readiness.
• Handle OTA disputes, chargebacks and overbooking prevention while keeping detailed administrative records and arrival reports.
• Provide on‑call support for guests as needed, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality, preferably with boutique hotels, B&Bs or short‑term‑rental properties.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties and platforms simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
