Vice President of Construction

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Vice President / Construction Director to lead our end‑to‑end construction function. The role will drive the successful delivery of large‑scale, multi‑site development programmes across the Philippines, ensuring projects meet time, budget and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for project planning, construction execution, budgeting and scheduling.
• Oversee governance, quality, safety, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Build and mentor high‑performing construction teams.
• Strengthen operational excellence, governance and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to support long‑term growth strategy.

Required profile

• Proven executive experience leading large construction or development programmes.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to mentor and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong governance, compliance and risk‑management expertise.
• Experience with real‑estate developers, retailers, logistics firms or multinational organisations is a plus.
