Vice President, Global Procurement Service Delivery

About the role

The Vice President, Global Procurement Service Delivery leads the end‑to‑end delivery of Johnson & Johnson’s procurement services worldwide. Reporting to senior corporate leadership, this role is responsible for overseeing Source‑to‑Contract, Payments, Vendor Master Data and Experience functions, ensuring they operate at scale, comply with regulations and deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own global service delivery performance across all procurement domains, meeting service level agreements, productivity targets and compliance requirements (SOX, financial and procurement controls).
• Drive continuous improvement through process simplification, automation, analytics and AI‑enabled transformation.
• Partner with Digital and Process Solutions teams to design and operationalize a best‑in‑class operating model.
• Manage a globally distributed workforce of 450+ employees and strategic BPO partners.
• Ensure regional and local delivery processes satisfy regulatory, compliance and market‑specific needs.
• Act as a connector across Procurement, Finance, Technology and Business teams to deliver integrated, high‑quality services.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in global procurement or supply‑chain service delivery.
• Track record of managing large, geographically dispersed teams and external service providers.
• Deep understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOX and financial controls.
• Experience leading AI, digital automation and data‑driven transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic planning capabilities.
