Veterinario/a Generalista (Lunes a Viernes, sin fines de semana)

About the role

The Vet Office is seeking a Generalist Veterinarian to join a modern small‑animal clinic in Almería. The position offers a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with no weekend work or on‑call duties, supporting a healthy work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full clinical consultations: anamnesis, examination, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Perform and interpret complementary tests, including blood analyses, radiographs, and ultrasounds.
• Collect, label, and dispatch samples to external laboratories.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and handle billing using the clinic’s management software.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners, providing phone support and post‑consultation follow‑up.
• Ensure cleanliness, order, and stock control within the clinic.
• Prepare veterinary documentation such as health passports, certificates, and identification records.

Required profile

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine (Grado or Licenciatura).
• Experience in a small‑animal practice is valued but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Diagnostic imaging (radiography and ultrasound).
• Laboratory sample collection and handling.
• Clinical record management using practice‑management software.
