About the role

The Patient Care Coordinator assists callers with scheduling appointments, gathers patient demographics, insurance and financial information, and ensures smooth coordination of outpatient radiology services.

Key responsibilities

Assist callers with appointment scheduling and collect patient demographics, insurance, and financial details.
Process incoming referrals, verify benefits, eligibility, and obtain authorizations for new and established patients.
Coordinate and respond to patients' and referring providers’ concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Execute outbound calls or electronic tasks to support outpatient radiology-related services.
