UX/UI Specialist

About the role

As a UX/UI Specialist you will support Nestlé’s global and market teams in improving user experience and content performance across brand, corporate, e‑commerce and internal digital properties. You will work closely with brand managers, editors and technical teams to translate insights into actionable design improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate analytical tools, analyse customer behaviour and generate insights and recommendations.
• Review user interactions, propose UX/UI enhancements and run A/B testing experiments.
• Set up feedback collection tools, analyse results and deliver actionable insights.
• Support testing and implementation of new functionalities and act as the UX/UI expert for brands.
• Mentor editors, tech teams, brand managers and agencies; maintain documentation and SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Machine Interaction, Psychology, Digital Technologies or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in website optimisation and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of front‑end optimisation, analytics ecosystems and data visualisation.
• Excellent English communication skills.
