About the role
The Utilization Review Doctor evaluates the delivery of medical services to ensure care is appropriate, medically necessary, and of high quality. This role involves reviewing patient records, applying client‑specific guidelines, and documenting findings in accordance with established templates.
Key responsibilities
- Assess medical records to verify that services provided align with patient needs and clinical standards.
- Abstract and analyze documentation using client‑specific guidelines and templates.
- Input approved guidelines and reference materials into the review system.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to address any discrepancies or gaps in care.
Required profile
- Graduate or undergraduate degree in Medicine.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Above‑average English writing skills.
- Willingness to work onsite at the McKinley location in Taguig.
