About the role

This position focuses on quality assurance of US tax datasets prepared by CPAs. The role involves validating data completeness, ensuring accurate tax calculations, and confirming compliance with IRS standards. Ideal candidates are accounting or commerce graduates with an interest in US tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform QA checks on tax datasets prepared by CPAs.
• Validate data completeness and the presence of required documents.
• Verify tax calculations and reconciliation across forms such as 1040, W‑2, and 1099.
• Ensure consistency across all supporting documents.
• Confirm that datasets meet client and IRS compliance standards.
• Format and finalize datasets for delivery to clients.

Required profile

• Accounting or commerce background (mandatory).
• CPA internship experience or exposure to tax return preparation is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of US tax concepts and calculations.
• Strong attention to detail for QA and validation tasks.
• Candidates without US tax experience but with solid accounting fundamentals can be trained.

Required skills
