US Recruiter (Remote, Night Shift)

About the role

Teleperformance is looking for a proactive US Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team. This full‑time, work‑from‑home position operates on a night‑shift schedule and focuses on sourcing top talent for the company’s US operations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and conduct initial interviews with US candidates.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants to meet ongoing hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced recruiting role, preferably within the US market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and adapting to dynamic environments.
• Passionate about talent acquisition and delivering great candidate experiences.

Required skills
