About the role

We are seeking a dedicated US‑based accountant to work night‑shift hours from the comfort of your home. This full‑time independent contractor position supports multiple clients of a California accounting firm, handling end‑to‑end bookkeeping and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle accounting and bookkeeping for several clients.
• Maintain and reconcile general‑ledger accounts.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and adjusting entries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity.
• Commitment to exclusive full‑time engagement as an independent contractor.
