UKG Ready Consultant – Time & Labor Management

About the role

The UKG Ready Consultant provides advanced support for UKG Ready Time & Labor and payroll processes. You will configure, troubleshoot, and manage client solutions to ensure accurate workforce management across time tracking, scheduling, accruals, and payroll integration.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize UKG Ready Time & Labor (TLM) products.
• Support payroll and TLM clients through system troubleshooting, configuration, and scheduling/time‑tracking setup.
• Implement advanced scheduler configurations, accrual setups, and system enhancements.
• Deliver client support and training via phone, email, and virtual sessions.
• Create user guides and documentation to aid system adoption.
• Configure and troubleshoot time‑keeping device integrations.
• Conduct system demonstrations for existing and prospective clients.
• Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate configuration or system solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of small to mid‑sized client accounts.
• Monitor system updates, communicate enhancements, and lead client meetings.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex time‑keeping and payroll issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business or a related field.
• Minimum four years of hands‑on experience with Time & Labor Management systems.
• Proven experience configuring scheduling, time tracking, and payroll‑related rules.
• Strong ability to resolve complex time‑keeping and payroll integration issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
