Treasury Staff (Cash Management)

About the role

The Treasury Staff (Cash Management) will support the Treasury team in handling cash, credit facilities, loans, and banking relationships. The role ensures accurate, timely processing of payments and proper documentation to meet the company’s financial commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Process payments to suppliers, banks, and employees using cost‑effective methods.
• Maintain proper documentation, monitoring, and backup of all treasury transactions.
• Safeguard corporate documents, bank passbooks, checks, and perform related administrative tasks.
• Assist in accurate and timely payment processing and issue resolution.
• Generate data for cash, loans, and risk management reporting.
• Prepare documentary requirements and liaise with banks on account management, credit facilities, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and business continuity plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Finance, or a related business field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Treasury Operations, Finance, or Accounting.
• Knowledge of Treasury and Banking applications.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Marikina City, Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM.
