About the role

The Travel Rewards Specialist joins a fast‑moving travel brokerage that trades unused credit‑card points and miles. Working remotely, you will interact directly with travel agents and brokers, handling bookings, point transfers, and account access while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill flight, hotel, and point‑transfer requests from agents and brokers.
• Execute bookings, manage point transfers, and provide access to airline and hotel mileage accounts.
• Prioritize multiple open tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the fulfillment process.
• Apply a soft‑sales approach to identify value‑adding opportunities and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions.
• Stay updated on the US credit‑card rewards landscape and related loyalty programs.

Required profile

• Travel industry experience (travel consultant, corporate travel agent, OTA specialist, etc.).
• Understanding of US credit‑card rewards, points, and loyalty programs.
• Experience with GDS systems, especially Sabre (highly valued).
• Strong multitasking ability with high accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Commercially driven and reliable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Sabre (GDS) proficiency
