Travel Experience Planner

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Travel Experience Planner to join our Taguig office. You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their travel journeys are seamless, memorable, and aligned with our service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent, empathetic customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of Travbest Travel & Tours Co. products and recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Facilitate bookings, itinerary changes, and special requests while adhering to company policies.
• Design and organize unique travel experiences that meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Handle customer feedback and uphold high hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
• Resilient scheduling and itinerary coordination abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, work ethic, and reliability.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Flexibility to work with diverse cultures and languages.
• Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
