About the role
We are looking for a proactive Travel Consultant to join our team and support clients with comprehensive travel management and arrangements. In this role you will deliver exceptional client‑centric services while promoting global best practices in travel and tours.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end travel management and booking arrangements for domestic and international itineraries.
- Deliver exceptional client‑centric services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Promote and implement global best practices in travel and tour operations.
Required profile
- At least 6 months of experience in domestic and international ticketing and reservations, or fresh graduates/undergraduates eager to start a career in travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Computer Reservation Systems (CRS) such as Sabre.
- Knowledge of Computer Reservation Systems (CRS) such as Amadeus.
