Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel Consultant to deliver cost‑effective travel solutions for BSM Group and third‑party clients. You will support the network’s strategic goals while ensuring smooth booking operations and excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager and Network Director in implementing short‑ and long‑term business strategies.
• Promote the network’s image, identify target clients and support business development activities.
• Receive, monitor and process travel booking requests, propose optimal itineraries and manage changes or cancellations.
• Issue tickets, provide itineraries and related documentation, and monitor unused tickets for refunds.
• Coordinate with airlines for seat availability and booking confirmations.
• Maintain close contact with client personnel, handle ticket‑related inquiries and resolve issues.
• Report problems with proposed solutions and support internal utilization of Eurasia Travel business units.
• Identify process improvements and report deficiencies to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality, Tourism or related field is a plus).
• 1‑2 years experience as a Travel Consultant in an IATA‑registered agency.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and take initiative.
• High level of responsibility and strong teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Galileo reservation system.
• Proficiency with Amadeus reservation system.
• Fluency in English.
• PC literacy.
