About the role

We are looking for a motivated Travel Consultant to join our team and help clients design memorable travel experiences. This entry‑level position offers comprehensive training on our booking platforms and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in planning and organizing complete travel itineraries.
• Provide detailed information on destinations, attractions, and accommodation options.
• Book flights, hotels, car rentals and other travel services, creating customized travel packages.
• Manage ticketing operations, including issuing, re‑issuing, and processing refunds.
• Stay current with travel industry trends, policies, and supplier updates.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
