Travel Booking Agent – International Music Events

About the role

We are looking for a remote Travel Booking Agent to support our international music‑tour packages. You will work from the Philippines with clients in North America, helping them plan and book unique travel experiences that combine sightseeing with live performances.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting and booking travel itineraries for music events in destinations such as Greece, Paris, Italy, Egypt, India and China.
• Coordinate reservations with hotels, airlines, ground‑transport providers, venues and other international suppliers.
• Manage ticketing, itinerary changes, and travel documentation, ensuring a seamless experience for the traveller.
• Maintain accurate records in the booking system and provide timely updates to clients via phone and email.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align travel arrangements with event schedules and production requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English with a neutral or British accent suitable for North American customers.
• Availability to work North American business hours.
• Strong telephone and email communication skills.
• Previous experience in travel booking or a travel‑agency environment (preferred).
• Ability to work independently from a home office with reliable high‑speed internet.
