About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel Associate to assist our clients in planning and booking complete travel itineraries. The role involves providing expert advice on destinations, travel regulations and visa requirements while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, book and manage flights, accommodations and activities for clients.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on travel regulations, visa requirements and destination insights.
• Handle changes, cancellations and client complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and travel vendors to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 35 years of experience in travel or customer‑service roles.
• Detail‑oriented, passionate about travel and able to work under pressure.
• Flexible working hours to accommodate client needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in travel booking software and related tools.
