About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel Associate to support our clients in planning and booking their travel experiences. The role involves delivering personalized service, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Provide detailed information on destinations, travel policies, and procedures.

• Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions.

Required profile

• Diploma in Travel and Tourism or a related field.
• Extensive experience in the travel industry (35 years indicated).
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime during peak seasons.
