Transportation Management Coordinator

About the role
We are seeking a Transportation Management Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation and record‑keeping of company vehicles. The role supports daily logistics, ensures compliance with housekeeping standards, and collaborates with internal teams to maintain smooth transportation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day transportation operations of company vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records and information related to vehicle usage, maintenance, and compliance.
- Implement good housekeeping and sanitation practices within the work area.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the transportation department.
Required profile
- College graduate, preferably a registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
- Minimum of one year experience in transportation operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Experience using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software.
