About the role

KPMG Philippines is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager to join its Transfer Pricing team. You will work with multinational clients to ensure compliance, develop planning studies, and resolve complex tax matters.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare transfer pricing compliance documentation, including benchmarking analysis.
  • Develop transfer pricing planning studies to support client strategies.
  • Address queries and resolve complex tax issues with authorities, handling audit defence, Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs).

Required profile

  • University degree or post‑graduate qualification in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or Law.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing compliance.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Highly driven, detail‑oriented with strong numeracy.
