Training Supervisor

About the role

The Training Supervisor will lead a team of trainers and associate trainers, ensuring high‑quality delivery of new‑hire orientation, product training and ongoing development programs. The role focuses on building world‑class facilitation skills and meeting client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise trainers and associate trainers through coaching, classroom observations, schedule management and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with New Hire Orientation, Product Training and Handoff processes, performing gap analysis and remediation planning.
• Provide written and verbal readouts on trainer development and certifications.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of trainer performance using TSAT, observations and KPI data, then create and execute improvement plans.
• Manage trainer performance, interview, onboarding and certification processes.
• Inspect classroom records for accuracy, including daily journals, assessments, technical issues and payroll.
• Assist the Training Manager in designing learning interventions and maintain documentation of best practices.
• Maintain a clear understanding of client training expectations, escalation protocols and agendas, stepping in for client‑facing meetings when needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in training and development.
• Proven ability to build enterprise relationships and influence strategy.
• Demonstrated experience supervising a team of trainers.
• Strong knowledge of Adult Learning Theories and generational strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic competency in interpreting reports and analyzing data.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and flexibility for occasional outside‑business‑hour work.
