Training Specialist

About the role

As a Training Specialist you will drive learning initiatives that support business objectives. You will identify training needs, design relevant programs, and deliver engaging sessions that enhance employee performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions across multiple formats and maintain accurate training records.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, managers and trainers to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
• Analyse learning data and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Identify learning gaps and recommend targeted solutions.
• Support strategic training projects, including planning, scheduling and resource coordination.
• Participate in customer engagement activities to keep training aligned with client needs.
• Handle administrative tasks such as logistics, reporting and record‑keeping.
• Assist in project documentation, milestone tracking and risk identification.
• Travel up to 50% of working time as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 months experience in a training‑related function with strong performance.
• Interest in adult learning and training development.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, analytical mindset with a growth attitude.
• Flexibility to work occasional shift changes.
• Knowledge of instructional design and compliance operations is a plus.
