Training & Capability Lead – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Training & Capability Lead to drive global training, capability‑building and transformation initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will translate strategy into practical, high‑impact deliverables that enhance recruiter effectiveness, with a focus on AI enablement and digital capability across EMEA and APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of defined TA capability, digital and AI enablement workstreams, turning strategic direction into high‑quality assets.
• Own specific global program workstreams such as AI pilots, digital tool rollouts and capability sprints, managing timelines, milestones and stakeholder communications.
• Design and deliver AI capability programs (e.g., Copilot, sourcing automation, screening tools) and create practical guidance, use cases and learning content.
• Partner with stakeholders to embed digital‑first ways of working, including data‑driven decision‑making and automation.
• Monitor adoption, gather learner feedback and refine AI and digital enablement approaches.
• Design and develop high‑quality learning assets such as training materials, AI playbooks, prompt libraries and job aids.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading training, capability‑building or transformation initiatives within Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Strong ability to manage lower‑complexity workstreams, timelines and stakeholder updates across regions.
• Passion for AI adoption and digital capability advancement in recruiting processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams and drive adoption at scale.
