Trainer – Telco Account

About the role

Sutherland, a global consultancy covering AI, automation, cloud engineering and advanced analytics, is hiring a Trainer for its Telco account in Tarlac City. The Trainer delivers and evaluates soft and technical skills training on all aspects of client training, and works closely with clients and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Create, facilitate and/or revise training materials and documents so staff acquire fundamental skills and knowledge.
• Fill out accurate reports.
• Maintain communication with clients and team members, understand their needs, resolve issues and meet company expectations.
• Facilitate multi-week blended new-hire training and nesting, as well as floor-training and BQM training for the program.
• Supervise and coach learners in nesting and BQM environments, and handle self-skilling and certification during classroom periods of inactivity.
• Facilitate multi-hour product, behavioral or tool-change learning experiences.
• Oversee new-hire progression and enhancement training, giving feedback and implementing solutions.
• Coach trainees to help them meet performance metrics, and supervise OJT, nesting, TQ and evolution.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of work experience as a Trainer.
• B2 English level, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic approach to developing solutions and process improvements.
• Able to work in a shifting or graveyard schedule.
• Willingness to work onsite in Tarlac.

Required skills

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
• Ability to build networks across functions through proactive communication.
• High degree of confidentiality and professionalism, strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, customer service orientation, leadership and coaching skills, and team-building abilities.
