Trainer - Solar Campaign

About the role

ClearSource is seeking a motivated Trainer to lead its Solar Campaign training initiatives. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that equip employees with the product knowledge, processes, and soft‑skill capabilities needed to excel in a fast‑paced solar environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions covering product knowledge, policies, processes, systems, and soft skills.
• Administer assessments and evaluations to measure learning effectiveness and identify knowledge gaps.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to improve trainee performance.
• Collaborate with the Training Team Leader and Training Manager to refine content, delivery methods, and learner outcomes.
• Monitor trainee progress, maintain accurate training records, and communicate performance updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct trainee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements.
• Participate in production activities to keep training content current and relevant.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in training, coaching, or facilitation.
• Experience in the solar industry with knowledge of solar products, services, and processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training‑related tools.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Preferred: Experience delivering virtual or classroom‑based training and knowledge of adult‑learning principles.
