Program Trainer

About the role

Enshored is seeking a Program Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for its agents. You will work autonomously, preparing materials, facilitating sessions, and ensuring participants achieve learning objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prepare training sessions, including agendas, resources, and curriculum updates.
• Deliver instruction using a variety of techniques and activities, maintaining engagement and attendance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and modify content as needed.
• Coach agents through their development process and provide feedback.
• Balance multiple programs or accounts simultaneously.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience developing and facilitating process training.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in dynamic environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage several projects at once.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
