Trainer – Onboarding & Learning Development

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and engaging Trainer to support onboarding, refresher training, and continuous learning initiatives within our operations team. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys facilitating, coaching, and helping teams improve performance in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for employees.
• Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual training programs.
• Support upskilling initiatives and knowledge‑enhancement activities.
• Identify learning gaps and provide coaching or training recommendations.
• Assist in creating and updating training materials, guides, presentations, and e‑learning content.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to support performance improvement.
• Conduct post‑training assessments and track training effectiveness.
• Ensure training documentation and materials are aligned with operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, QA, and HR teams to support business goals and employee development.
• Participate in calibration sessions and team meetings as needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, or a related role.
• Experience facilitating training sessions in a BPO, shared services, or similar environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City.
