Trainer (Full‑Time & Part‑Time) – Generative AI & Automation

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Trainer to deliver instructor‑led, hands‑on sessions on Generative AI and automation tools. The position can be full‑time or part‑time, based in Mandaue City, Cebu, and involves guiding learners to design AI‑supported workflows that improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor‑led, hands‑on training sessions based on assigned learning programs.
• Demonstrate practical use cases of Generative AI and automation tools in real workplace scenarios.
• Guide learners in designing and applying AI‑supported workflows to improve efficiency.
• Promote responsible technology use by integrating data privacy and ethical considerations into training discussions.
• Customize and refine training materials to ensure clarity, relevance, and learner engagement.
• Track learner participation, progress, and completion throughout the training cycle.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and clarification to support different learning styles.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and the training management team to meet learning objectives.
• Develop activities, exercises, and assessments aligned with course outcomes.
• Gather feedback and contribute insights to continuously improve training delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum of two years experience in training, teaching, facilitation, mentoring, or coaching.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable using productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Willingness to comply with company policies, including confidentiality and curriculum usage agreements.
• Willing to complete internal upskilling programs provided at no cost.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varying training hours and partner availability.
• Background in BPO, IT, technology, or digital services is an advantage.
