About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Trainer to deliver high‑impact training to both new hires and existing staff in a fast‑paced BPO environment. The role focuses on creating a supportive learning atmosphere that enables employees to achieve their full potential while meeting company and client standards.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and facilitate training sessions that promote knowledge transfer and skill application.
- Use questioning, presentation, and coaching techniques to enhance retention and performance.
- Maintain a trust‑based learning environment that encourages growth.
- Plan instructional methods and materials tailored to specific learning modes.
- Assess learner progress using appropriate evaluation tools.
- Mentor apprentice instructors and train newly assigned trainers.
- Coordinate training activities across operations, quality, and HR presentations.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a BPO setting.
- Willingness to work onsite at SM City Sta. Rosa and on a night schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for analyzing training needs.
- Proficiency with PC applications such as MS Office and Tableau.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, time‑critical environment.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business processes.
