Test Manufacturing Technician

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Equipment Sustaining Technician to keep our semiconductor manufacturing equipment running at peak performance. You will play a key part in ensuring high uptime, supporting production output, and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to meet defined turnaround targets.
• Provide real‑time technical support to the production line and ensure equipment readiness for target cycle times.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify recurring problems, and drive reliability improvements.
• Assist with equipment installation, qualification, and major breakdown recovery.
• Maintain accurate shift status reports, downtime logs, and maintenance records.
• Support spare‑parts management and ensure proper handling of tools and components.
• Train operators on basic equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Follow all safety, EHS, and 5S standards.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 3‑year technology program (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of equipment or line maintenance experience in semiconductor or manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and ownership mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work shift schedules.

Required skills

• Knowledge of electrical and electronics systems, I/O and sensor technologies.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Proficiency with measuring instruments, diagnostic and calibration tools.
