Quality Assurance Analyst – Laguna

About the role

The Quality Assurance Analyst ensures that all products meet established quality standards. You will work in a food manufacturing environment, performing tests on raw materials, in‑process items, and finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and inspect raw materials and finished products for visible defects.
• Perform physico‑chemical tests according to laboratory procedures and quality plans.
• Record observations and accept or reject lots based on sample results.
• Assist in implementing quality control programs and preparing training manuals and quality guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections within the production plant.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician.
• 1–2 years of experience in food or pharmaceutical quality assurance.
• Ability to work in hot or cold environments and on shifting schedules.

Required skills

• Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• HACCP knowledge
• Familiarity with ISO 17025 standards
