Territory Supervisor – ALDI (North Luzon)

About the role

The ALDI Territory Supervisor oversees daily operations of assigned ALDI retail associates and stores across North Luzon, ensuring excellent customer experiences and adherence to operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise store teams to achieve operational efficiency and sales targets.
• Collaborate with the ALDI Sales Lead on sales strategies, promotions, and operational improvements.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce reports, and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with Salmon Financing Inc.’s policies and customer service guidelines.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to evaluate performance and staff engagement.
• Coach, train, and motivate associates to maintain productivity and service excellence.
• Address customer concerns and operational challenges promptly.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Marketing, HR and other departments to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, sales or field operations.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, retail performance metrics and inventory control.
• Experience with ALDI stores or financial/consumer‑goods retail environment is a plus.
