About the role
We are looking for a diligent Tender Administrator to join our team in Pasig City. The role involves supporting an Australian tender team by preparing winning submissions, managing document control and keeping our CRM system up‑to‑date.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit tender documents in accordance with client requirements.
- Maintain accurate document control and filing systems.
- Update and manage information in the company CRM.
- Coordinate with international clients and internal stakeholders to gather necessary data.
- Assist the Australian tender team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
