Temporary Associate Buyer, Procurement

About the role

Analog Devices (ADI) is hiring a temporary Associate Buyer for its procurement function in Cavite. The Buyer / Procurement Analyst procures materials and services at the best possible value while ensuring quality, timely delivery and compliance with company procurement policies. The role covers the end-to-end purchasing process, supplier coordination and order management, and is open to fresh graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Manage post-PO activities, including securing supplier acknowledgements and delivery commitments
• Monitor open orders, supplier delivery performance and backorders, escalating issues as needed
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services
• Maintain accurate purchasing and delivery information in SAP, including delivery dates and open order balances
• Partner with Accounting on supplier payments and accounts payable matters
• Escalate quotation, contract and supplier issues to the Category Manager
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and internal controls
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; graduates of any 4-year course are welcome to apply
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, with good organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external suppliers

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
• Procurement and order management
