Supply Chain Planning Analyst (P2)

About the role

Analog Devices is hiring a Supply Chain Planning Analyst (P2) in Cavite, Philippines. The analyst works with cross-functional teams to find constraints or gaps in manufacturing areas or processes, addresses root causes and recommends improvements so that ADI parts are delivered. The role is heavily involved in expediting parts escalated by top customers and communicating issues to SCM top management for quick resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive root cause analysis of delivery and manufacturing performance to identify areas of concern.
• Analyze and identify potential delivery risks and operational performance issues, and provide weekly highlights.
• Present findings and recommendations to management for decision and issue resolution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve known issues and improve performance.
• Communicate escalation status updates to the business unit, SCM top management and factory management.
• Take ownership of the defined role and act in a result-oriented way with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Ensure the company's commitments on environmental management and health and safety are followed, and be aware of quality and environmental policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Production Engineering, or any supply chain, business, engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a semiconductor supply chain or factory planning role, with manufacturing exposure.
• Industry certification or a good academic record is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical and organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Oracle SQL, Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
• Some familiarity with project management.
