Telesales Representative – Financial Products

About the role

Join Home Credit Philippines as a Telesales Representative and help promote innovative financial solutions to existing clients. You will work from the Vertis office in Quezon City, handling inbound and outbound calls to drive loan sales and meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Call leads from an existing client database to introduce new financial products.
• Answer incoming inquiries about cash loans and close sales through effective product positioning.
• Achieve and exceed CRM telesales KPI targets.
• Participate in daily/weekly huddles, team meetings, training sessions, and monthly department townhalls.
• Work a shifting schedule, including holidays and weekends as needed.
• Follow the company’s Employee Discipline Policy and complete required business and systems training.
• Share selling ideas and tips with teammates during huddles.

Required profile

• Fluent in Tagalog and English, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and act assertively.
• Willingness to work onsite at Vertis, Quezon City.
• At least a High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma graduate.
