About the role
As a Telesales Executive you will support Lamudi’s Business Development team in expanding its broker client base and property listings. The role focuses on acquiring new real‑estate partners and helping prospective home‑buyers find their dream homes through proactive telemarketing.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities by building and nurturing partnerships across the real‑estate sector.
- Assist the Business Development department in launching new processes, projects and products.
- Grow and maintain a comprehensive client database.
- Support the onboarding of partners and clients, ensuring smooth integration.
- Maintain healthy relationships through effective liaison and follow‑up.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in sales or telesales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong sales and negotiation capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a high‑energy team environment.
- Well‑organized and structured work style.
