About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Agent to join our team and drive outbound sales efforts. You will engage potential customers, generate leads, and promote our IT products and services through phone outreach.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell products and services.
Identify, qualify, and nurture new leads for the sales pipeline.
Upsell and cross‑sell additional offerings to existing prospects.
Provide prompt customer service, answering queries and resolving issues.

Required profile

College graduate.
At least 1 year of experience in IT sales.
Cheerful, cooperative, proactive, goal‑driven and customer‑oriented.
Strong communication efficiency.
