Telesales Agent – Account Manager (On‑site, Quezon City)

About the role

AllCard is seeking a motivated Telesales Agent to join its sales team in Quezon City. You will work on‑site, generating new business opportunities by contacting potential customers and promoting the company’s card‑related solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and qualify leads.
• Present AllCard’s product portfolio (payments, loyalty, transport, ID cards) and address customer inquiries.
• Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline and achieve individual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in technology, financial services, BPO or related industries is preferred.
