Telemarketer (Lending/Financing) – 1 yr Experience – 20k Salary

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Telemarketer with at least one year of experience in lending or financing. You will be the first point of contact for potential borrowers and lenders, introducing our digital payment and tracking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and present company services in a clear, friendly manner.
• Collect basic client information and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team.
• Reach out to lenders and financing businesses to understand their collection and tracking processes.
• Introduce digital solutions such as QR‑code payments and borrower tracking tools.
• Assist lenders with onboarding and initial setup of the platform.
• Maintain accurate call logs and generate regular activity reports.

Required profile

• At least a Senior High School graduate.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in lending or financing.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Positive attitude, persistence and ability to work under pressure.
• Goal‑oriented with a competitive mindset.
