Telehealth Nurse (Registered Nurse) – Manila

About the role

Eucalyptus is seeking a Telehealth Nurse to provide remote clinical support for patients enrolled in its Juniper weight‑management program. Working alongside doctors, pharmacists and health coaches, you will triage and assess patient enquiries, ensuring safe and effective treatment journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to patient emails, triaging medical side‑effects and queries.
• Provide accurate medical information while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor patient progress through tracker data and initiate proactive outreach to improve adherence.
• Prepare and manage communications with general practitioners and pharmacies.
• Conduct 4‑month and 8‑month reviews of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate clinical team members.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Passion for supporting patients with obesity and chronic conditions.
• Ability to assess medical side‑effects and make appropriate recommendations.
• Customer‑service orientation and attention to patient safety.
