Telecom Project Manager

About the role

Five9, a provider of cloud contact center software, is hiring a Telecom Project Manager in Manila. The role supports managers in coordinating internal resources, third parties, meetings and information, and organizes projects so they finish on time and within budget. It is a hybrid position requiring two days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage telecom cases and act as a liaison between the Porting and Numeracle teams, internal teams and end users.
• Handle 10DLC, TFN and short code registration from start to finish.
• Manage Number Reputation Management projects, including profiles, adding/editing/deleting numbers, registration, health checks, risk ratings and remediation.
• Monitor port requests and NRM from inception to completion.
• Keep customers informed about the porting process and NRM, and coordinate service installation and milestones with customers and vendors.
• Manage number transfer issues outside the normal process.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a related field; networking or telecom projects preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to meet tight deadlines on multiple active projects.
• Willingness to work in US time or on a night-shift schedule.

Required skills

• Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and Outlook, and Salesforce.
• File management, transcription and other administrative procedures.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
