Technology Manager – Infrastructure Digital & Technology

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Technology Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and governance of digital and technology solutions across its infrastructure projects in the Philippines. The role ensures efficient, secure, and data‑driven project delivery while supporting site IT operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with infrastructure project goals.
• Lead adoption and integration of BIM, GIS, drones, photogrammetry, GPS‑based machine control, and project management platforms such as Aconex and Primavera P6.
• Oversee data collection, storage, reporting systems, and real‑time visualization tools for site progress, quality, safety, and logistics.
• Establish and maintain IT infrastructure, network reliability, and connectivity at remote or large‑scale job sites.
• Identify manual processes and implement automation solutions for reporting, procurement, and material tracking.
• Provide technical training and serve as primary point of contact for user support and third‑party IT coordination.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures and compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
