Technical Trainer

About the role

NCS, a leading technology services firm in the Asia‑Pacific region, is looking for a passionate Technical Trainer to design, develop and deliver high‑impact technical training programs for internal teams, clients and partners. The role bridges theory and practice, ensuring learners gain both conceptual understanding and hands‑on skills aligned with NCS’s solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update curriculum, labs and assessments for technical courses that reflect NCS services.
• Deliver engaging in‑person and virtual training sessions to developers, engineers, consultants and clients.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to keep training content cutting‑edge.
• Collaborate with partners, solution architects and client service teams to align training with real‑world use cases.
• Assess learner performance, gather feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Provide mentorship and support, fostering a growth mindset and technical excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in academia (teaching, curriculum design) and/or corporate technical training.
• Proven experience in a technology‑solutioning environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cisco) are a plus.
