Technical Lead – Full Stack Development

About the role

We are seeking our first in‑house Technical Lead to design, develop and maintain internal business applications. You will start by building a minimum viable product for a ticketing system and later expand to automation tools, dashboards and other custom solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable internal web applications and business systems.
• Lead full‑stack development across frontend, backend, database and cloud infrastructure.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Develop workflow automation, ticketing systems, dashboards and operational platforms.
• Define application architecture, coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process‑improvement opportunities.
• Ensure applications are secure, reliable, maintainable and scalable.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, enhancements and ongoing maintenance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular).
• Proficient in backend development using Node.js, Python, Java or .NET.
• Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, SQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end applications independently.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
