Technical Account Manager – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

ClickUp is looking for a versatile Technical Account Manager to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty for small‑to‑mid‑market and dedicated accounts. The role blends strategic relationship building with deep product expertise in a fast‑moving SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage engagement plans, conduct discovery sessions and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and advocacy.
• Gather, analyze and translate functional and technical requirements into tailored ClickUp solutions, acting as the product expert for customers.
• Analyze product usage data and perform ROI analysis to provide actionable recommendations and demonstrate value.
• Proactively engage customers to evaluate progress, address roadblocks and uncover new opportunities, while establishing clear business goals and success metrics.
• Prioritize the customer experience, lead by example, and contribute to the optimization of regional and global operational processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing SaaS role, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across various customer levels.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Understanding of industry‑specific workflows in services, software development, marketing and PMO.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, Support).
• Ability to operate within regional time zones and maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
